Before providing you with any estimate, we will need to discuss your requirement in more detail. This will help us to fully understand what is likely to be  involved. It will also, hopefully, give you an idea of how we work.

Understanding your requirements

We will then confirm if we are able to do the job and when we can do it. Only then will we provide you with an estimate of the time and hence the cost.  If you would like to proceed with engaging us we will email you confirmation of all the details discussed.

Keeping to our estimates

We charge by the half hour and endeavour to always keep within the original estimate. We do not charge extra for travel expenses or stipulate a minimum engagement time if you are within a 10 mile radius of Hartley Wintney ( view map ). If you are further away we will let you know what our travel expenses and minimum engagement time will be in advance and not give you any surprises later on.

Please note:

  • All prices are for labour only and are inclusive of all taxes
  • In addition to cash, we accept ‘chip and pin’ payments from all the major credit/debit cards,  We also accept contactless payments through Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay
  • We may recommend you buy additional products as part of our engagement. You can either buy them yourself or we will be happy to acquire them for you, subject to a small surcharge to cover our time and expenses
