Please tell us about the end user's television
We would like to make sure that it will be compatible with CallGenie. We do this by locating the user manual online and checking that the television supports the required functionality for CallGenie to control the specific television.
In the ideal world we would support all makes and models of television but this is not possible in the real world. We will tell you if we don't think the end user's television will be compatible, and offer you a refund before we ship your order.
Is the television mounted on the wall, or it free standing? We may ship different parts depending on your answer.
Help us to understand how they watch television
Do they watch the built-in channels of the television, or do they watch broadcast channels delivered by a set top box (e.g. cable, satellite or internet connected device)?
Do they regularly use a secondary device for watching recorded and/or streamed content? For example, a DVD/Bluray player or a streaming box/stick?
Do they regularly stream content using apps on the television?
